Donald Trump plans to build a casino in Bedlinog

The newly installed president says he wants to strengthen trans-Atlantic ties with the south Wales metropolis

Newly-installed US President Donald Trump has announced that he wants to build a casino in the south Wales village of Bedlinog.

The new casino will replace the now-defunct Betty’s Bingo that currently sits on the outskirts of the popular community.

A spokesman for the White House told WalesOnCraic:

“We are always looking to strengthen our trans-Atlantic relationship and we’ve been hearing good things on the grapevine about Bedlinog. We’ve been told it’s got a wonderful, vibrant population who like to live on the edge so we’re planning to open a large casino there. It’ll be forty stories high with lots of flashing lights and shiny signs.

“We hope to attract the more upmarket clientele, the ones with the posh cars and jingly jewellery. It’ll cost £4,000 to become a member and you get a free toilet roll holder with each membership,” added the spokesman.

Donald Trump is the first convicted felon to become US president. He bravely fought off an assassin’s bullet with his ear in July last year.
