Jehovah's Witnesses warn about knocking on doors and blackmailing people this Halloween
The nontrinitarian, millenarian, restorationist Christian denomination say it's not nice
Jehovah’s Witnesss have warned about knocking on people’s door and blackmailing them this Halloween.
The Christian group said it’s not nice to have people turning up on doorsteps and threatening people with hell and damnation.
A spokesperson told WalesOnCraic:
“I was sat at home last year, minding my own business when I had a knock at my door. Not realising it was Halloween, I opened it, expecting it to be the hooker I’d ordered. Instead, it was a bunch of kids threatening to send me to helll if I didn’t do as they say.
“I eventually managed to send them on their way with some chocolate but it’s made me realise that unsolicited visitors should be banned, especially when they’re blackmailing people with their crap.
“Anyway. If you don’t mind, I’m expecting another special visitor in a few minutes so if you could leave, that’d be lovely. I need to iron my rubber sheets.”
