Proven: Manflu lots worse than normal flu

Scientists at a Welsh university have conclusively proven that manflu is lots worse than the normal flu.

Experts at Aberflipflop University said that lads are perfectly within their rights to moan more because they experience the flu more than ten times more than anyone else.

Professor Andy Thundergunt told WalesOnCraic:

“Men have things so tough in life. And then to make things worse, they’re the only ones that go and get the nasty version of the flu - the one that’s really bad. We conducted some experiments over the last few months, and that included asking some of the lads down the pub whether they thought manflu was worse than the normal flu.

“Over 99% of the repondents said that it was so we wrote up a report saying that it’s true. Manflu is worse than any other kind of flu which means that they’re allowed to stay in bed a lot longer than anyone else, and we should also be giving them permission to moan about it a lot more. No other kind of flu touches manflu and that’s now a scientific fact.”

Manflu is the more serious variant of the virus, which often afflicts people during the winter months.

“I’d like to tell people to get a jab,” said Thundergunt, “but there’s manflu is so bad that nothing can stop it. The best thing to do if you do get it is to lie in bed and moan about it a lot.”

Manflu is expected to strike billions of men in Wales this winter.
