Wales Weather: Sat/Sun 6/7 July

Your weekend weather forecast for Wales

A mixed start to the weekend in Wales with any early rain floating away, leaving big dollops of sunshine. However. Squally showers, some of them heavy and thundery, will blow across the country on Saturday and on through Sunday. Maximum temperatures around 17°C, lower than the average for this time of year.

Down on farm, Farmer Honey has been complaining about the new government already. He’s fed up with the amount of rain we’ve been getting when it’s supposed to be summer. He’s written a very strongly-worded letter to Sir Starmer and has urged him to think twice about importing foreign rain that keeps coming over here and getting us all wet and that. He’s beginning to think he should have voted for Nigel.
